Massive unemployment fraud scheme discovered in California

Charges have been filed in Southern California against several convicted felons over a unemployment fraud scheme. Billions of dollars in aid meant to help struggling Californians during the COVID-19 pandemic were allegedly stolen instead. CBS Los Angeles' Kristine Lazar reports.
